RIGOR
The High Schools will improve our rigor and improve student academic achievement as measured by the ACT College Readiness Exam from the current 22.9 composite average (67% elective participation to the 24 composite average (100% participation required) by 2018.

RELEVANCE
PBIS, through consistent definition and enforcement, and the use of tiered positive support, will decrease our discipline referrals by a target goal of 25% from our initial implementation in 2012-2013, to the end of our third year of implementation in 2014-2015.

RELATIONSHIPS
The High Schools will improve our relationships through community involvement by increasing the number of community contacts by 10% each year.
